Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Rejuvenex. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, so please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Cancellations & Change of Mind

We understand that circumstances can change. However, due to the size, handling, and logistics involved with our products, the following applies:

  • Cancellations within 48 hours:
    Eligible for a refund less a 10% cancellation fee
  • Cancellations after 48 hours:
    May incur a 10% to 20% cancellation fee, depending on order status
  • Orders already processed or dispatched:
    Cancellation may not be possible. If approved, freight and handling costs will be deducted from any refund
  • Pre-orders or custom orders:
    These are non-refundable once placed

Why fees apply

Cancellation fees help cover costs already incurred, including:

  • payment processing fees
  • administration and handling
  • stock allocation and warehousing
  • freight bookings and supplier commitments

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email info@rejuvenex.au with:

  • your order number
  • the item you wish to return
  • the reason for the return
  • photos, where relevant

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for the return process.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable freight or shipping service, as we cannot process refunds for items lost in transit back to us.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return due to change of mind:

  • covers
  • globes
  • filters
  • clearance or final sale items
  • custom, made-to-order, or special-order items
  • any product that has been used, installed, or damaged after delivery

6. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@rejuvenex.au so we can assess the issue and assist with a suitable resolution.

We may request photos and further details before arranging a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

7. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, the original item must first be approved for return, and then a new order can be placed separately.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where required by law, including where a product is faulty, not as described, or does not meet acceptable quality standards.
