Warranty Terms for Sauna and Ice-Bath Products

We are proud to offer a comprehensive three-year warranty on all our saunas for private use and a one-year warranty on all chiller units. For commercial uses a 1 year total warranty is provided on all saunas and ice baths To ensure the longevity of your products and maintain the validity of your warranty, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Saunas Warranty - Three Years / One year commercial

Coverage:

• Our three-year warranty covers any defects in materials, heaters, electronics and workmanship under normal residential use.
• One year labor warranty

Guidelines for Maintaining Your Warranty:

1. Use Towels: During your sauna sessions, always use towels to absorb sweat and prevent direct contact with the wooden surfaces.
2. Proper Ventilation: After each use, leave the sauna door open to allow proper ventilation and prevent moisture build-up.
3. Cleaning: Clean your sauna regularly with a water and vinegar solution. Use a towel to wipe down areas where sweat has accumulated. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
4. Annual Maintenance for Barrel Saunas: For barrel saunas, we recommend re-coating the exterior wood yearly to protect against weathering and maintain its appearance. Failure to perform this maintenance may void the warranty.

Exclusions:

• The warranty does not cover damage resulting from water damage caused by internal or external sources, improper use, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Chiller Units Warranty - One Year

Coverage:

• Our one-year warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

Guidelines for Maintaining Your Warranty:

1. Placement: Chiller units must be kept undercover and protected from direct sunlight and rain to prevent damage.
2. Safe Operation: Never leave chiller units unattended while in use. Always switch off the chiller unit before entering the ice bath.
3. Maintenance: Regularly inspect and clean the chiller unit to ensure it operates efficiently. Follow any specific maintenance instructions provided in the user manual.

Exclusions:

• We are not responsible for any damage or injury resulting from misuse or improper operation of our products. Misuse or failure to adhere to the above guidelines may void the warranty.
• After one year, labor to repair or replace parts may be an additional charge.

• Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
• Limitations: This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It applies to residential use only and does not cover commercial or industrial use.
