Warranty Terms for Sauna and Ice-Bath Products

We are proud to offer a comprehensive three-year warranty on all saunas for private use and a one-year warranty on all chiller units.
For commercial use, a one-year total warranty is provided on all saunas and ice baths.

To ensure the longevity of your products and maintain the validity of your warranty, please adhere to the following guidelines.

Saunas Warranty – Three Years (Private) / One Year (Commercial)

Coverage:

  • Our three-year warranty covers defects in materials, heaters, electronics, and workmanship under normal residential use

  • One-year labour warranty

  • Water damage inside or outside the sauna is not covered

Guidelines for Maintaining Your Warranty:

  • Use towels: Always use towels during sauna sessions to absorb sweat and prevent direct contact with wooden surfaces

  • Proper ventilation: After each use, leave the sauna door open to allow ventilation and prevent moisture build-up

  • Cleaning: Clean regularly with a water and vinegar solution. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners

  • Annual maintenance for barrel saunas: Coat once assembled and re-coat the exterior wood yearly. Failure to perform this maintenance may void the warranty

Exclusions:

  • Damage resulting from water ingress (internal or external), improper use, neglect, accidents, or unauthorised modifications is not covered

  • Water damage inside or outside the sauna is not covered under warranty

Chiller Units Warranty – One Year

Coverage:

  • Our one-year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use

Guidelines for Maintaining Your Warranty:

  • Placement: Chiller units must be kept undercover and protected from direct sunlight and rain

  • Safe operation: Never leave chiller units unattended while in use. Always switch off the unit before entering the ice bath

  • Maintenance: Regularly inspect and clean the chiller unit and follow all maintenance instructions provided

Exclusions:

  • Damage or injury resulting from misuse or improper operation

  • Failure to follow the above guidelines may void the warranty

  • After one year, labour to repair or replace parts may incur additional charges

Replacement Parts & Units (Important)

  • Replacement parts or units supplied under warranty do not extend or restart the original warranty period

  • Any replacement part or refurbished replacement unit is covered by:

    • The remaining balance of the original warranty, or

    • A minimum of three (3) months warranty from the date of replacement, whichever is longer

  • Replacement parts or units supplied outside of the original warranty period are covered by a three (3) month limited warranty only

To make a warranty claim, please contact support@rejuvenex.auwith your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.

Limitations:

  • This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable

  • It applies to residential use only unless otherwise stated

  • Commercial or industrial use is not covered unless explicitly specified
