For all inquiries, contact support@rejuvenex.au
This warranty covers defects in materials, heaters, electronics, and workmanship under normal residential use.
A one-year labour warranty applies.
Water damage (internal or external) is not covered.
Saunas are constructed from natural timber. Timber is a living material that expands, contracts, and reacts to temperature changes, humidity levels, and environmental exposure.
The following are considered normal characteristics of timber and are not defects:
• Small surface cracks or hairline splits (checking)
• Minor gaps between staves or panels due to seasonal movement
• Shrinkage or expansion of timber components
• Slight warping or cupping within acceptable tolerances
• Resin seepage in cedar
• UV fading or colour changes over time
• Hairline movement around glass panels or door frames
These occurrences are a natural part of the sauna aging process and do not affect structural integrity or performance. They are not covered under warranty.
Outdoor and barrel saunas are exposed to sun, rain, and temperature variation. Ongoing maintenance is essential to preserve the timber and coating.
Barrel saunas must be coated immediately after assembly and re-coated at least annually, or sooner if exposed to high sun or coastal conditions. Failure to inspect and maintain the exterior timber may void the warranty.
Owners must inspect the exterior coating every three (3) months to ensure it remains sealed and in good condition. If the coating shows signs of fading, drying, cracking, peeling, or water absorption, it must be re-coated promptly.
The following are not covered under warranty:
• Coating failure due to lack of maintenance
• Fading, greying, or discolouration from UV exposure
• Timber splitting due to weather exposure
• Swelling or shrinkage caused by moisture variation
• Minor water ingress resulting from environmental conditions
Use towels
Always use towels during sessions to protect timber from sweat saturation.
Ventilation
Leave the door open after each use to allow airflow and prevent moisture build-up.
Cleaning
Clean regularly using a mild water and vinegar solution. Do not use harsh chemicals.
Routine inspection
Inspect timber, seals, and coatings every 6 months and maintain as required.
The warranty does not cover:
• Water ingress (internal or external)
• Improper use or installation
• Lack of maintenance
• Unauthorised modifications
• Accidental damage
• Environmental damage
Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
Placement
Units must be kept undercover and protected from direct rain and sunlight.
Operation
Never leave unattended while running. Switch off before entering the ice bath.
Maintenance
Filters must be cleaned regularly and water maintained properly.
• Damage from improper water chemistry
• Outdoor exposure without protection
• Running dry or electrical misuse
• Commercial use beyond stated coverage
Failure to follow maintenance guidelines may void warranty.
After one year, labour may incur additional charges.
Replacement parts or units supplied under warranty do not restart or extend the original warranty period.
They are covered by:
The remaining balance of the original warranty, or
A minimum of three (3) months from replacement date, whichever is longer.
Parts supplied outside warranty carry a three (3) month limited warranty only.
