Once your order has been delivered and left at the nominated address, responsibility transfers to the customer.

For safety and insurance reasons, customers must not assist delivery drivers or installers with lifting or moving items unless they choose to do so entirely at their own risk.
Rejuvenex accepts no responsibility or liability for any injuries, accidents, or damage arising from customer-assisted lifting, manual handling, or movement of goods before, during, or after delivery.

Delivery & Installation (Perth Only):
Starts from $300, depending on sauna model and access. Includes installation and rubbish removal.
Regional WA:
Flat-rate shipping applies for areas outside the Perth metro.
Freight Delivery:
Interstate orders are shipped via trusted third-party carriers. Delivery times vary and will be advised at checkout or dispatch.
Professional installation is available Perth metro only.
